Green DogWalks is a public outreach project that seeks to create positive discourse among dog walkers, restoration advocates, and other stakeholders in San Francisco's natural areas. While emphasizing that recreation and restoration can co-exist, Green DogWalks provides practical information about park ecology.

This project focuses on Bernal Heights Park in San Francisco, a designated Dog Play Area and Significant Natural Resource Area. However, most of the tips and principles provided apply to any urban habitat.
