You can protect the trails and sensitive species by walking down the center of the path and keeping Philo nearby on this side of the hill. Consider using a leash when enjoying one of the richest grasslands in the city. By restraining our dogs in this small area, we prevent erosion and the spread of pesky plants such as foxtails and thistle.
